Add to the Resource and News Directory of Just One of Our Client's Website.
HINTS: If you want your resource or news hyperlink exchanges to be effective in gaining search engine attention:
- Do not title your links pages as "Resources" or "Links". Use a title like "Local Real Estate News and Useful Resources"
- Write your link statement as if you were writing a sentence about some news or information item embedding your link(s) in that normal sentence structure.
Ex: For great real estate service on a Sarasota Florida real estate purchase or sale, call on Connie Belmont.
- Avoid using words like "links" or "partners" on your News and Resource Directory pages or in your Anchor Text.
We must insist that to following these simple rules:
- Your website and/or news item must be related to the real estate business. For example your website might be for another Realtor, a real estate brokerage, a mortgage broker or company, a title insurance company or a moving company, etc.
- Your hyperlinks to our client's websites must be on either your front page (eg: index.htm; default.html, etc) or no more than two links away from your front page (eg: Your front page may contain a link to your "news and links directory page" which then links to the page our link is on).
- Your "resources" directory pages should not contain more than 50 such resource exchange links per page because search engines tend to discount pages with nothing but long lists of URL links.
All we ask is a hyperlink on your website back to our clients' website.
Please do not waste your time or ours if you cannot meet these requirements. We're not interested in swapping links that will do neither of us any good.
